Private viewing
Tour your shortlisted apartments at a time that suits you. Our residence advisors walk you through materials, light patterns at different times of day, and the building's shared amenities. Viewings are strictly one-on-one — no open-house crowds.
Seamless settlement
Once you have chosen your apartment, our in-house conveyancing partner handles contracts, inspections, and settlement coordination. We also offer a complimentary move-in concierge service covering utility transfers, key collection, and welcome orientation.
Why material choices define a residence
Every surface you touch in our apartments has been selected for longevity and sensory pleasure. We source stone from regional quarries, timber from sustainably managed forests in Tasmania, and hardware from European artisan foundries. The result is a home that ages gracefully rather than deteriorating after a few years of use.
Our design philosophy rejects the trend of disposable luxury — high-gloss finishes that scratch, engineered surfaces that peel, fittings that loosen. Instead, we invest in solid construction and honest materials. Residents consistently tell us they notice the difference within the first week of living here, from the weight of a door handle to the warmth of a timber floor underfoot.
This commitment extends to shared spaces too. Lobby floors are honed bluestone, corridors are lined with acoustic wool panels, and lift interiors feature hand-stitched leather detailing. Because luxury should not end at your front door.

Questions we hear most often
Can I customise finishes before moving in?
Yes. For Boulevard and Crest residences, we offer a pre-settlement customisation window where you can choose from a curated palette of alternative stone, timber, and fixture options. Atelier units ship with our standard specification, but minor adjustments such as paint colour and joinery hardware can be arranged at cost.
Are pets welcome in the building?
We are a pet-friendly development. Dogs and cats are welcome across all collections. We ask only that pets are registered with building management and that owners use designated pet-relief areas on the ground-floor garden level. There is no breed restriction, but we do limit each residence to two animals.
What security measures are in place?
Each building features 24-hour monitored CCTV, biometric access to lobbies and car parks, and a staffed concierge desk during business hours. Crest residents also have access to a dedicated secure lift that travels directly to their floor without stopping at common levels.
Is there a body corporate fee structure I should know about?
Body corporate levies vary by collection tier and building. We provide a full fee schedule during the shortlist stage so there are no surprises. Fees cover building insurance, common-area maintenance, concierge staffing, and amenity upkeep including pool servicing and garden care.
